So this is weird, but like my monitors aren't synced. This started happening when I got this 1060, so hopefully its not busted, but whenever I'm gaming on 1 monitor, anything on monitor 2 is delayed. Like you know those shitty voice over netflix shows? That crap. Where you can hear like 5 seconds before you can see it. Happens with everything, youtube, netflix, etc. It's really annoying. Any ideas what's causing this?

How much is the delay? Considering there is a minor delay (not 5 seconds), you can do a couple of things:-

  1. Port:- Make sure you are using same kind of Ports for connecting your monitor to your Graphic Card. It should be Display Port as you don't have 2 HDMI ports on GTX 1060.
  2. Adapters:- Make sure you are not using Adapters for Display Port to HDMI or Vice-Versa.
  3. Cable:- Insignificant but worth a try. Make sure there is no significant difference between the length of both your cables.
  4. Monitors:- Different Monitors have difference in response rate (Difference between Telling the Monitor to Change the pixel and it actually changing the Pixel). But since you are facing this issue after you got GTX 1060, Monitors are less likely to Blame. But check if somehow you accidentally changed the settings.
  5. Multiple Graphic Cards:- In Multiple Graphic Card setup, If both Monitors are connected to different Cards, there will be slight delay. You can sync Cards using Quadro Sync but as the name suggests, is is only available with Quadro Cards.
  • Note:- Linus displayed Quadro Sync in 16K Gaming Setup & 10K Gaming Setup but we really couldn't see much difference because of bezels but as we saw in this video, we can still notice some tearing.

1. One is plugged via HDMI, one is plugged via DP to HDMI adapter, to HDMI. But on my old 1050 TI I didn't have this issue and was using the same setup, so writing off an issue with the adapter.

2. I am as said in 1. but didn't have problems before, why would I now? I don't have 2 hdmi on this card and no DP on my monitor so adapter is only solution.

3. Not too long, just enough to reach.

4. Both same, only difference is one is glossy panel one is matte. Ordered same one but they shipped it that way.

5. Only 1 card.

Also yes the delay isn't much. 5-10 seconds at most.
