Hey guys,

I'm somewhat new to PC building but have a fairly good understanding. I recently built my first system since like 2010 and everything was going fine. My GPU was running fine, and everything else seemed to be working correctly. (built and running as of 08/01/2019)

Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 71800x 4.0GHz (Downclocked back to 3.6GHz Just in case that was an issue.)
Mobo: Aorus X470 Gaming Ultra (Bios version F3, F5 Has been released, Could all this be caused by the BIOS needing an update?)
Ram: T-Force Delta RGB 16GB DDR4 3000MHz (both sticks seated and showing up properly in TM.)
Cooler: Cooler Master ML240 RGB AIO (no issues with cooling so far, and have had relatively good temps.)
GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 SC black edition (Also no issues until the driver update 4.17.71)
Storage: Kingston a400 120SSD (Boot Drive) + WD Blue 1tb Mechanical drive (Lol)

PSU: Rosewill Photon 750w 80+ Gold Fully modular (Could this be the problem? I've tried using the other "PCI-E" plugin on the PSU to no avail.)

After updating to Nvidia driver version "4.17.71" and I started experiencing "Glitching" for lack of a better term, it's really hard to describe what was happening. the bottom of my screen was almost "tearing".
The next day (yesterday) I got home from work and fired on my PC to boot issues, (My monitor was just flashing on and off saying "No signal, Display Port" (for sake of the matter I was running 2 monitors, One on DP and one HDMI)

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the previous driver that was running stable before the update, but the problem persists and when trying to load up any game (or just try to do "too many things" I get a black screen, blue screen, red screen, yellowish-brown screen, purple screen, almost any color screen you can imagine. (*ALSO booted in safe mode, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, as well as Swapping out my Power cord/connectors to my GPU from the PSU for different ones.*)

What I believe could be the problem:

1. GPU is crapping out on me, (Only had for about a week/2 weeks, with no OC's running)

2. Does my PSU have some sort of power issue?

3. Could possibly need a BIOS Update?

4. My PCIEx16 Slot is messed up? (unfortunately, I don't have a spare GPU to test with, But my GPU was NOT recognized using the PCIEx8 Slot, but I have no idea if that's normal or not.)

5. POSSIBLY my CPU. (99% sure the system wouldn't post if that was the issue?..)

What are your thoughts on the problem?

Any possible solutions?

I have 18 days for me to return my GPU as of 17/01/2019 and 17 days for my Mobo as of 17/01/2019 if necessary. (Basically, all my parts can be returned by the end of Jan 2019 for replacement)

All help is appreciated ❤️

***Please Note*** I am not home at the moment, but will be continuing to troubleshoot the minute I walk in the door!

Worth trying a BIOS update, I've seen those screw with GPUs occasionally.
