So no matter if the file is 1MB or 1000MB  you still freeze at 97%?

You didn't answer @Lurick's question at all, are you on wifi, ethernet? Are you at home? At a school or work?

Any firewalls? Antivirus?

Let me be more open then,

Sometimes when i update windows it will get stuck at 98 or 99 and after 5 ours of waiting at 99 it's still on 99%. Is it normal or do you restart your pc.

I was just backing up my windows 10 files on a external hdd it got stuck on 97% i waited for 2 more hours still nothing. So i stopped it, is it save to do something like that.

Are you on windows 7? 8? 10?

What speeds do you pay for through your isp, and what speeds show up when you run a speed test?
