If you're using more than one monitor, you may need an active adapter. One like this https://www.amazon.com/Cable-Matters-DisplayPort-Supporting-Technology/dp/B00EDT0072

Otherwise, the cables do exist https://www.amazon.com/Cable-Matters-Unidirectional-DisplayPort-Adapter/dp/B004C9P9TM

Allright, thats what i needed to know. So i can just plug it in and thats it? One monitor is already plugged in into HDMI on the graphics card, hopefully that wont be the issue.

As I said, if you have more than one display, you will need an active adapter. Both myself and @circeseye linked to active adapters.

(I was trying to use better English)

Like I said, the adapters myself and @circeseye linked to will work fine.

I have four monitors running as we speak. I tried to get away with just a cable, and that didn't work for me, but the active adapters did.
