Broken 200mm Coolermaster fan?

This 200mm fan that came in the top of my HAF 922 case does not slow down for anything. I can control the speed of the other 2 fans in the case (120mm and 200mm) with the motherboard's bios and software, but that top fan does not respond at all and always runs at 100% no matter what I do, and its making a lot of racket.

Is there any potential fixes? Is the fan just busted? what is a good quiet 200mm replacement fan for one of these coolermaster fans?

I double checked, that fan is plugged into the motherboard (GA-H77-DS3H)

Old shit no one cares about but me.

There may be a slight chance that the CoolerMaster 200mm Fan may be controlled by a Molex Connector. If so you can by a Molex to PWN adapter so you can control the speed of the fan. A great replacement for the current 200mm fan is the BitFenix Spectre (non-pro) fans. They are super duper cheap (under $12) and push lots of air very quietly.

The top fan has a 3 pin to molex cable connected to it when you buy the case ,so if you didn't remove it's running of the molex and then it will run at 100 % speed no matter what, so remove the cable from it and plug the 3 pin in a fan controller/motherboard and you should be able to control it.

Pic where you can see the cable in the case

About it making alot of noise, well my coolermaster 200mm (led version) vibrates alot at full speed, so if its just screwed it could explain why it's making alot of noise at 100 % speed

The only fan connected directly to the PSU is the 120mm fan for cable management reasons, and that fan is whisper quiet. the 200mm fans are all connected to the motherboard's fan headers, and only the front LED fan responds to me changing the settings. The top on remains loud all the time and doesn't slow down at all. Its not rattling noise thats annoying either, its the noise the fan made itself. I took the fan out of the case and it made the same noise.

I'll check out the BitFenix Spectre fans. If I get one, hopefully its more quiet than this fan I have now...
