I have a 32gb intel optane module, when loading the optane software, I have this message appear "no compatible disk for intel optane memory" (picture attached)

i cant see it in device manager or the bios either.

but if i download intel ssd toolbox, i can see it there but not able to erase it. (picture attached).

i have checked all the bios setting and all the good, i have an msi motherboard that has optane genius on it and have even tried running this.

i had it running when i 1st rebuilt the system the other week, then i decided to install water cooling system so took all apart, problem started when it was all put back in.

i have tested it on another system and had no problem with it.

system running:

windows 10 pro

msi z370 sli plus

i7 8700k

asus strix 1070 x 2 (sli)

corsair vengeance 32gb ddr4
