wacom graphire 4 drivers not working

i bought this wacom tablet for 5 euro's but the drivers do not work on windows 10/7/xp so i need help becus the tablet is freaking out

Windows changed drivers completely in Vista.

Considering it is so cheap, I assume it is old and only has 9x drivers. You will have a hard time making it work
