Only getting H+ not 4G

Hi,

 

So i recently just switched from O2 to 3's network, and now i am only getting h+ on my unlimited sim. It did some configuration stuff so i think it is set up right.

the phone is an xperia xz1 compact

Do you have 4G enabled on your new networks? Also it might just be that your reception ins't great...

I'm fairly sure it isn't reception as I have tried different places. I have 4g enabled. I may just have to give 3 a ring.
