No. Your RAM is in correct slots.

 

Those arrows point to pin 1 (or 0, depending how you like to count) of the two chips that are there.

You've got them installed correctly, see the silkscreen next to that saying DDR4_#, you've got the RAM in slots 1 and 2 like they should be.
