Built a new pc. Put together at first with old asus motherboard and i7-3770k but did not post.
Bought a new motherboard, along with new cpu and ram. Still no post.

Specs:
Intel i5-8400 CPU
Msi GTX970 GPU
1TB seagate barracude HDD
Cooler Master 550W PSU
2x8 gb DDR4 3000mHz Corsair ram
Asus h370-a motherboard
Asus PCI ethernetcard

Pc starts up just fine but get no output to screen. Have tried both with gpu and without (using ports on motherboard). Have had this problem for about three days without finding a proper fix, so any help will be appreciated!

Remove the Ethernet Card, why exactly do you have one?

Remove the GPU and doublecheck ALL connections.Make sure the CPU power and such is fine.

The ethernetcard is actually for wifi because the pc will be a place where it's very difficult to get an ethernet cable. Double checked and all wires are in place. Is there a way to tell if the cpu isn't properly powered? Or should i just rely on the cpu led?
