I'm buying a Acer - XZ350CU bmijphz 35.0" 2560x1080 144 Hz Monitor , i will be playing games as fortnite, battlefield v,.... I need help deciding what gpu should i be purchasing. A 2060 would save me 100-150$ but i am also looking at a 2070.

Go with the 2070, look at these benchmarks for 1440p gaming: https://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/8766/nvidia-geforce-rtx-2070-review-perfect-card-1440p/index15.html
