Each time I tried installing Windows 10 on my computer, after a couple of days, I got this message everytime I try to open some apps. Steam isnt working at all and 
I cant even update windows. I tried sfc /scannow but it stop after 7% of progress. I even tried to manually update DX3d but it says its already up to date. Also it doesnt do that when I use Win7
