USB 3.0 can transfer around 300MB/s in tests I've done. Whether or not that is fast enough for you depends on what your needs are.

 

As for your original question... Lexar makes a 3 slot reader (https://www.amazon.com/Lexar-Professional-Three-slot-microSDHC-microSDXC/dp/B012PQM9HI). If you're wanting to offload 20 cards at the same time, you're likely going to have to either make something yourself or have someone custom build you something. Option 3 I guess buying 7 of those lexar units, a USB hub, zip ties, and some 3M double stick tape...
