okay guys on Thursday im installing windows server 2012 on my poeredge 2950, and my question is how to I create a bootable usb??

I'm partial to using Rufus, but there are plenty of other ways.

I have somehow managed to get a iso file just one on 1 stick not lodes of files like the photo???

Just use Rufus as @rustikles suggested.
