My laptop wont power on and when it's plugged in it won't charge. Tried removing the battery but it still wouldn't work.

It's either one of two things happening.

1: The power brick has failed and needs to be replaced.

2: The input plug on the laptop has broke and needs to be repaired.

I have had both happen on the past. But number 2 is the more common to happen.

The brick and port are dishing out power

Most likely the plug connection inside the laptop is broken then.
