Can't recover VBIOS

Hi there :) I went ahead tried to update the VBIOS on my RTX 2080 TI GAMING X TRIO. When i started the update all went well till about 45%... When the update hit 45% it froze my PC, now i can't use the GPU... Have tried to flash again via nvflash DOS with the card not being detected... Tried in windows and get PCI Block Corrupted as an error message.... Have tried flashing both the new and original VBIOS... Have aslo tried the -f command with no luck :( Is the GPU completely Bricked? Is there something i can do to try to recover my card?
