Alright so referring to the thread linked at the bottom which was my previous thread, I tried another DVI cable and that actually worked and I booted it up from my USB media tool and it seemed to install on to my HDD just fine well after that I booted from the HDD and it had the windows logo then just turned off and I turned it on and it tried to load windows but some crash or error happened and it said it was taking some data, turned off and now everytime I try to boot it up the monitor just says no signal and nothing else happens I cant get to the BIOS or do anything, I have no idea what to do next.

does it have a dedicated gpu? if not, i'm guessing it's an issue with the cpu.

It's possible that the ram went bad. Try taking out both sticks of memory - the computer should pop up with an error screen telling you that you don't have any ram. If that doesn't work, i'm guessing it's the cpu.

Although, it's odd that it was able to post that 1 time but not again since. Did you do anything differently that time?

It does have a dedicated GPU and no I didn't do anything different now. That's why I don't understand what happened and why it was just working a bit ago

when the system turns on, does the motherboard beep, flash LEDs, or give some sort of error output?

No beeps, the green led comes on and nonerros come out just the no signal on the monitor I can't boot to bios or even go to the menu settings for the monitor can't do anything, Currently rn trying VGA cable to see if that works.

That's odd. have you tried booting without the hard drives attached?

It's possible that the drive has a short which can affect the power supply

So unplug the hard drive without the ram and GPU and boot that how it is now?

yeah. I would plug the ram back in though, at least 1 stick. Do you know what cpu it is? I'm assuming it has integrated graphics, but it might actually require the gpu

one of the ram sticks could be faulty, so keep an eye on if the motherboard LED changes

Alright I only plugged the ram back in and it booted to my usb that had the windows media tool on it, so that would mean it's definitely the hard drive right?

most likely. if you plug the hard drive back in & it won't boot anymore, then yeah we can assume the hard drive has a short circuit
