 I was pulling apart my pc because it would no longer turn on and tried to figure out the problem, but I ended up finding black marks on my ram after I finally got the system to turn on and now it longee boots.Is the ram dead at this point?

No don't use a Qtip! Use a microfiber cloth or something. Qtips can leave pieces of the fluffy stuff in in places you don't want to have fluffy stuff.
