Best I can build. Good peripherals and pc for the price. Add a graphics card later on. The Vega 11 graphics will do you just fine for fortnite on low to medium settings.

This almost $30 over budget, but you'll have decent peripherals, a 75Hz monitor, and an adequate PC.
