I'm currently looking at a Ryzen 2600, motherboard and 16 GB DDR4 for about $400, so I think you could build for $700 and get a pretty decent machine. You can always cut corners by dropping to a Ryzen 1600 and 8 GB of RAM, or stick with onboard video and/or a lower end GPU to save cash.

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz

GPU: PNY - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 XLR8 Gaming OC Edition 3GB GDDR5 PCIx 3.0

RAM: 16 GB DDR3-1600

PSU: EVGA - 80 PLUS 600W ATX 12V/EPS 12V

overpriced psu (cx version is $10 less, ur not gonna miss modularity much cuz all the cables apart from molex which u can ziptie are gonna b used), q300l is overpriced currently so versa h17 over that, 8gb ram (in gaming the 570 will be the bottleneck), A400 is a bad ssd (dramless 2d tlc = garbo) team l5 lite 3d instead (3d tlc + dram = good).

Its a budget build. Do you really expect to fit a 1070 into a $700 build?

Use your maths skills.

hi to everyone who replied

i would like to build a pc but im not very comfortable doing so

I do know that building it myself is cheaper but i dont need like a high end nvidia or amd card

im looking for a system that can play 1080p 60 frames and thats about it, also some multitasking and video editing not much

so if you could reccomend any prebuilds that would be nice, and once again i dont need super duper specs

I was very intimidated by PC building at the start. It's not as bad as you think, there's numerous guides all over the internet that can help you and the people here on the site can help you too. You can save a great deal of money building yourself.
