I was a little unsure what topic to put this under. BUT, I have been having this issue that whenever I livestream to Twitch, my wireless mouse (logitech g305) becomes very glitchy. It seems to be a problem with just this wireless mouse, because when i used my wired mouse (razer deathadder elite), it never seemed to glitch like my wireless did. My drivers are updated and I've tried connecting my USB plug all over my system. While livestreaming, my CPU usage never exceeds 10 - 20%. I've tried the 2 encoders on OBS, NVEC and x264 (or whatever theyre called, i forgot). It's not an FPS problem because my games do not lag, and the glitches occur even outside of gameplay. I'm unsure if this is an issue with my motherboard or if it's an issue with the mouse itself. But this glitching only occurs whilst livestreaming. It seems to work perfectly when I am not streaming. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I probably should've stated this in my post. But I'm running an Intel I7, and a 1060 graphics card. I couldnt imagine there being a ton of cpu load whilst streaming.

perhaps you could try a fresh install of your OS

Are you streaming over Wi-Fi? Or are there any other wireless devices going near it while streamign? (This could be a phone, or anything.)

besides being wirelessly connected to the home printer, there's no other wireless devices connected. And I am streaming over wi-fi, but I don't have any issues with my Bitrate while streaming
