which gpu to buy

I'm looking to buy a new gpu and im stuck between 3 cards. A gtx 1070, rx 580 or rx 590. The gtx 1070 is quite expensive where i live, and the price difference between the 580 and 590 is minimal. I also have a freesync 75hz 1080p monitor and im thinking that the 590 might be the way to go. But i just wanted to ask for some opinions.

If the price difference between RX 580 and RX 590 will be minimal then difinitely RX 590 will be the good choice. Even though both of the GPU are capable to run almost all AAA titles at 1080p high settings over 60 FPS
