hi I want to buy one gaming monitor for the 2060 rtx

my budget is 350-400 euros..

can we find gaming monitors 27 size for resolution 1920.1080? ΤN or Ιps? OR VA panels in that budget?

also do you believe that the tn panels don't have very good colors for to play games??
