this is the new build I’m looking at atm. I wanna try and get a solid 4.9, so you think I need a better mobo?

Avoid Asus on Z390. You would be better sticking with the MSI board or looking at a Gigabyte Aorus board. The bios isn't as good as Asus but the VRM's are a lot better and that is important especially for overclocking the 9900K.

Are there any white and black ones that would fit my theme that wouldn’t hurt performance? I want to get the gigabyte but I hate dislike orange and if I’m spending this much money I wanna like how it looks
