stylus only

which tablets have a touchscreen but only take input from a stylus. i want to takes notes with a stylus but i want really good palm rejection (like the Ipad pro) or just take inputs from the pen. looking for something under $300

what i basically wanted was a graphics monitor but has a computer built in. the ipad is too expensive for me anyway
