Benq gl2450 overclocking

So i tried to overclock my Monitor, it works till 86Hz but at that refreshrate the screen gets blurry and stuff, does someone know a way around that.

It seems fine at 75Hz.

Also are there some tools that can help me out with monitoroverclocking
