Ok not knowing your exact push/pull setup of your fans I made an example for you to think about.  This is something that could be happening to you, notice the airflow and how no ambient air makes it to GPU and hot air from radiator is blowing across it.  It may not be accurate to your specific situation but I suspect its something along these lines.  Please excuse my terrible art lol

That's exactly what's happening no biggie ill set a fan curve.
