Looking to upgrade

I currently have a fx-6300 overclocked to 4.3Ghz and a gtx 950.

 

I have about 400 to spend and am not sure what to upgrade first.

 

Was thinking either upgrade to a 1070

or

The Cpu MB Ram combo of This

 

I should hopefully be able to buy the other one within a month or two, just not sure what would show the biggest immediate improvement.

Get the combo upgrade first. It's better to have a more powerful CPU than GPU. I would know first hand.
