Just to start off yes. i've seen the thread about this topic from like 2013 but the link posted does not work, and ive come as far as to figure out its a snap-on ratcheting screwdrive (as i understand it atleast) 

And ive looked on snap-on's own website with being able to find the product, but ive got some questions, such as is it even magnetic? And on the snap-on website they only send to the US, Cannada and the UK, so im looking for an international high quality multi bit screwdriver with magnetic bits. Anyone got some screwdrivers to recomend?

Yeah the head is magnetic. IMO the best screw driver for PC use is Ifixit set. I have the same screwdriver as Linus and have had it for 15+ years and it's still great

If you can get Wera stuff, I'd highly recommend the Kraftform Kompakt 25. I've carried that one around for the past three years so far.

I actually prefer its locking mechanism to simple magnetic bitholders like the Snap-On one, since you can't randomly yank the bit out. (To be clear, yes it is magnetic, it just has an extra locking mechanism.)

Get it. It will be worth every second of waiting and every dollar, pound or ruble you spend... You can pretty much fix any electronic device you need to fix with it.
