Intel Core I5 4670k Compatible with DDR3L Ram?

Hi my name is Andy i am legally blind and am a CompTIA A+ Certified Computer Technician. i have built 2 gaming computers and am currently upgrading my Intel Core i5 4670K rig. the motherboard is Asus B85m-E/CSM and i am currently running Corsair 4GB DDR3 1600 Ram on the rig.

I am looking into upgrading the ram in the rig picked up a 2 x 4GB kit of G-Skill Ripjaws DDR3L memory which pcpartpicker shows is compatible with my pc but when i install the memory the pc did not post.

my question is dose anyone know if DDR3L is Compatible with the cpu and motherboard?
