Windows 7: Ultimate or Professional?

So, I'm a bit of a power user, and I was wondering which I should get. My friend has one of each (separate keys, non OEM) and I can get them for free. What is the difference between them?

ultimate has the business version features as well as the pro features. stuff like built-in encryption tools security stuff etc
and bragging rights i guess? not everyone can say they have the ULTIMATE VERSION

Is there a size difference between the two ISOs? He told me they were downloads.

Not everyone can say they have a legit version of Win7 Ultimate.

I may or may not be doing that on my netbook. But it won't matter since I plan on throwing Xubuntu or something lightweight Ubuntu-based on it eventually.

I HAVE THE LEGIT VERSION OF WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE!  B)

 

and for regular use professional is good enough. I don't know why my dad got me Ultimate. (I think he got it for free but not sure).

For most people, the only point of Win7 Pro is to use more ram. With Win8, this isn't really an issue.
