help! memory issue

Ensure XMP is enabled in your UEFI/BIOS (I also found this out the hard way)

recently i have built my very first PC. i ran a UserBench mark and my ram was in the third percentile. it is corsair vengeance LPX 16gb 3000 MHz. i dont no why it runs so bad. i really need help as their is minimal help available for me in my area.
