Is this a good price for this laptop?

Hello everyone I was thinking of buying a used HP Omen laptop. This one http://www.bolha.com/racunalnistvo/prenosni-racunalniki-in-oprema/hp-compaq/prenosnik-hp-omen-1338677438.html?aclct=1545550826&kw=hp+omen

Dont mind the language I only have the link so you see whick one it is. Basically it has an i7-7700HQ, 16GB of ddr4 ram, m.2 ssd 256GB, 1TB HDD(7200rpm), and supposed to have a gtx 1070 with a 17in 75Hz screen with gsync. He said he d sell it for 1300€ that is 1490 USD. Now the laptop he says is about 10 months old.

My question is is this a good laptop. Not only the specs but all round. does it have a good build quality, is it easy to upgrade ram, and so on...  and lastly is it a good value?

Hello. Honestly, i think its fair, if you compare to the 15-ax214nl that has also an 7700HQ + 16GB of RAM + 1TB HD(7200RPM) but with 128GB SSD(M.2 SATA) and with a GTX 1050 Ti and with a 15.6" screen(1920x1080p @60Hz), this laptop is stated as 950€ to 1099€

SO i guess its a fair price. And at least this i7 7700HQ is an Quad Core CPU with 8 threads instead of the regularly dual core i7 from past generations....

well i allready have a really good gaming desktop. This is for when i go to work. I have a job that has a strange schedule and i work for a bit than i have like 5 hours off and work a bit more but all the time i got to be there so i need something to distract me for those 5 hours that i got nothing to do but still have to be there :). And this seemed like a really powerful machine. I have not found any other laptop with a 1070 for this price

Well new laptops re kind of expensive here. I pay 300 to 400€ more than the same laptop costs in US. Sometimes even more. I decided what I am going to buy now anyway :) . I am going for Dell G5 with 8750H and gtx 1060. it also has 16GB of memory 256 GB ssd and 1TB hdd. Should be more than fine for some gaming on the go and last me a long time for anything else :). And looks like it has some good cooling and build qulity. It is 1350€ though....about 400€ more than US market :(

Well for display I know it is not for any content creation but it is fine because i only need it for web browsing and gaming...as for thermal paste that is a first time I hear this. From the reviews I watched they all show it runs cool it does never go over 75C. But I am not worried about paste I can always repaste it. If that is the only issue that is no problem :)

The problem is, you need to disassemble a lot of things in G5/G7 in order to do a repaste
