Games are stuttering a lot on my friends PC and I'm having trouble figuring out why. I used to use the same exact PC (only difference being the hdds) and I never had any issues in games. Games will freeze momentarily seemingly at random. Final Fantasy 15 has the most issues, it has the stutters more frequently than any other game. It also happens in league of legends and warframe so I don't think it has anything to do with the specs. I've even tried FF 15 on my computer at the same settings and I don't have the same stuttering and I have a 7850. One thing I also noticed, when I downloaded FF 15 on my computer it took about 2 hours but it took 8 hours on my friends computer. Both PCs were on the same network (but not downloading at the same time) but my friends PC had to wait for the disk a lot. I'm wondering if the disk may be causing the problem because when I was using that computer I never had problems with League of Legends or Warframe. What should I test? I thought about using my HDDs in my friends computer to see if the problem still happens. Anything else I should test?
