I have budget of 600 euros,im from Serbia but you can use Germany pc marketplace as reference

Im looking for 60fps 1080p gaming in games like Fortnite,Pubg(atleast playable) and diffrent few easy games to run like CSGO etc.

What parts do you need, is there anything you can reuse from an existing build?

If you need everything except a keyboard & monitor... you're gonna struggle to get a 1080p 60fps rig at that price.

I'd suggest taking a look at second hand stuff, and/or amazon warehouse deals to see where you can save money.

System 1: Gigabyte Aorus B450 Pro, Ryzen 5 2600X, 32GB Corsair Vengeance 3200mhz, Sapphire 5700XT, 250GB NVME WD Black, 2x Crucial MX5001TB, 2x Seagate 3TB, H115i AIO, Sharkoon BW9000 case with corsair ML fans, EVGA G2 Gold 650W Modular PSU, liteon bluray/dvd/rw.. NO RGB aside from MB and AIO pump. Triple 27" Monitor setup (1x 144hz, 2x 75hz, all freesync/freesync 2)

System 2: Asus M5 MB, AMD FX8350, 16GB DDR3, Sapphire RX580, 30TB of storage, 250GB SSD, Silverstone HTPC chassis, Corsair 550W Modular PSU, Noctua cooler, liteon bluray/dvd/rw, 4K HDR display (Samsung TV)

System 3 & 4: nVidia shield TV (2017 & 2019) Pro with extra 128GB samsung flash drives.

I know it costs more (especially since you have to pay shipping for it) but it's worth it. you get a really nice cpu, 8 gigs of solid ram, a reliable ssd, a 580 that performs like a 1060, a solid case and a psu that I consider good enough qualitywise for my own system. It will cost you up front, but in 1080p you can play any game you want

And check out mindfactory.de, they are not listed on pcpartpicker but they usually have the best price. You might want to compare prices with geizhals.de because the feature most (if not all) german and austrian retailers.

https://geizhals.de/?cat=WL-1120894

(switched the rx 580 4 GB for a 8GB because saturn.de has a great deal on it and the build is only 4 € more compared to what @LukeSavenije suggested)
