Are these programs compatible with one another?

I know Malwarebytes and Microsoft Security Essentials are compatible together but is Super Anti-Spyware compatible with them as well? Could they all work together? Super Anti Spyware found a trojan on my computer in my Paint.NET program files while the other two didn't.

I run malwarebytes with SaS I dont get any problems and for the paint.net its probably a false positive.

I think I know what you mean by a false positive, but can you explain exactly what it is?

from what I remember MBAM and MSE are fine together, the only conflicts I can remember are with Spybot and AVG or MBAM and AVG. Something with AVG

Its when the program thinks it a virus but its really not,but to be sure just search up the file with Google and check if its malicious.

It should work but I think the Paint.NET is a false positive (not a virus) if you have gotten it here: http://www.getpaint.net/download.html

 

MSE and Malwarebytes should be adequate imo in terms of protection. You can also get CCleaner for fixing registry issues and cleaning out temp files.
