bootproblem Gaming Rig won't boot up

Hello! I got a small issue two days ago. Middle of the game my pc shut down and rebooted. It happend twice on the same day and it’s only if i’m in the middle of the game. The next following day i tried to play pubg had no issues at all and after few hour later it just randomly rebooted and got stuck on the windows booting process. Since then i tried every advance option windows has and also tried to reinstall windows twice. As soon as I reinstall windows it force me to reboot the system and after it got stuck again. I tried bios reset at the first place and also tried to raise the aio pump and fan rpm might be overheating from the games but it seems there is something else the issue. Also if i want to boot the system now then the aio pump wont start and as soon as the windows boot logo stucks my mouse and keyboard disconnects and reconnects to the system within a min. If anyone has any idea what can i do in this situation please let me know.

Btw the gpu was purchased second hand from a friend of mine is it possible that he was overlooking it.

Just took it to a repair shop and they removed the graphics card and just booted up fine. They said my graphics card is the fault for not booting the pc up.
