broken blue yeti Blue Yeti Pattern Mode broken?

I just purchased a Blue Yeti from Best Buy on the 26th.

Every pattern mode seems to work fine besides stereo, which only outputs to the left speaker.

This is confirmed from the headphone monitor jack, as well as audacity where any audio is picked up on the left side, and minute amounts on the right side.

Stereo polar pattern picks up audio from two directions, you're probably speaking into 1 side, which is only producing sound in the left channel. The cardioid polar pattern Is used for individual use.
