Getting a new pc

So,im getting a pre-built pc or atleast thinking about it (might build one if the upcoming ryzen cpu and gpu prices aren't that high,atleast in my country).How good is a xeon e5 1620? it has 16gb ram and a gtx 1060 6gb,ram and gpu are pretty good but i can't find benchmarks regarding the xeon e5 1620.

That a good build, but I don't know why you would go with a xeon instead of an i5 or i7 or something like that.

ive 2 chances,the above (e5 1620 ,16gb ram and 1060 6gb) for 500euros,or i7 4770 8gb ram and 1060 gb for 530euros.so the xeon is about the i7 4770 performance?
