Forza Horizon 3 FPS issuses

Hello! 

 

So, as the name says, i am having weird FPS issues with the game,even tho the rig is capable of running it at least 1080p/60 at high settings. 

 

The problem is, when i start it, runs fine at 60 fos rock solid. After 15-20 minutes of gameplay GPU usage jumps to 99% and fps drops to 35 at its lowest, but mostly is at 45,with the GPU pegged at 100%. It does run at first with 70-80% usage at 60 fps, high/ultra mixture. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.
