Ryzen 2400G | Dual monitors?

I've got a Ryzen 2400G build on an Asus B350-F board. I'm trying to use dual monitors but can't detect the second display. I've installed the amd drivers, the latest BIOS, and enabled multiple displays in the BIOS. Any idea why this isn't working? Is it not technically supported by the chip even if the board supports it?

How are the monitors connected? Native DP & HDMI?

The monitor that works is connected with native HDMI, the monitor that doesn't is on a DP to DVI adapter.

Incompatible adapter I would think. Get another?

that might be the problem, DP to DVI only convert single link DVI.

You need to have active DP to DVI adapter to convert dual link DVI.
