PC Crashing (BSOD)

So, i am having this problem for quite while.
Everytime i start up my system, after the MB screen i get a BSOD with system_thread_exception_not_handled.
I tried updating drivers, doing the memory check(mdsched.exe) as adviced by many articles but none of that works.
My system:
Ryzen 5 1600 (OC 3,75G)
Asus r9 380 4gb
MSI PC MATE B350
Patriot 16GB 2400MHz
Some 650W PSU, don't know brand..
Windows 8.1 Pro
I don't have *cough* legal copy of windows.

dial back your overclock and try again, it might be unstable

Since it's an ATI driver you might also try uninstalling with DDU then download the latest driver and install fresh.
