Win 7 Pro/Ultimate $80

Not quite sure what's going on but there are a ton of Windows 7 Professional and Windows 7 Ultimate on eBay right now running around $80 - $90.  Does anyone know if there was some big insiders deal where they would be re-selling?

EDIT:  Warning: I have been reading the reviews from sellers and I don't believe these are genuine Microsoft products.  I am just going to buy a copy from a retailer I know deals with Microsoft.

The link for professional is actually a link to the home premium version.
