No, the Windforce version requires one 6 pin and one 8 pin.

So the card has arived and I don't have a PSU to power the thing.I only have a 400w PSU with a single 6pin.Would I able able to put it in with only the six pin then underclock it a ton so it doesn't kill my pc?

depends on the card, some designs power different things with different connectors and you cannot do that.

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

All the other graphics cards I've bought that've had more than one 8 pin input came with a molex adapter of some sorts, yours didn't like have one in the box or something?
