New building vs prebuilt

Hey so i'm planning on building a new rig:

Ryzen 3 2200g + gtx 1050,the build should cost me around 500$ in my currency. But i came across a prebuilt pc,two infact, one with an i5 3470 and the other with an i5 4560s (?) i believe,it has 4 gigs of ddr3 (i do have a spare 4gb of 1600mhz memory) and 500gb hardrive, the price was like really good, plus if i'd throw a gtx 1050ti in it i'd still have spare cash for a new mouse and keyboard and an ssd to put the OS in it

So what would you recommend, get the prebuilt or make a new one from scratch,it will mainly be for casual gaming, nothing hardcore, some e-sport,WoW and one or two triple A titles.

My main concern is the noise i'd get from the prebuild,i do like silence while gaming

For reference, the prebuilt is an HP compaq 8300(?) i think, thanks.

For just casual gaming, I'd personally upgrade a prebuilt.

Try to pick up a Dell Optiplex with the 3470. they go for about $100 USD with 8gb DDR3 and a 500GB HDD. From there, throw in a PSU, SSD, and a GPU of your choice and there you go.

The only downside of a prebuilt is going to be you customization choices. The case is the case. There is no window, there are no RGB fans.

I searched for it but didnt find any online in my country, plus here they'd overprice it even if it was from 3rd gen

The prebuilt i mentioned is at 200 bucks if we convert my currency

Sadly shopping online is kind of a no-no for me,i'd just be on the losing side with our currency being so low,for exemple if i converted 500$ into my currency,i'd be able to get a gtx 1060 instead of a 1050 lol, just a shame our money is completely trash

I tried to fit 16gb of ram but its just to much. You could do a smaller 240gb SSD instead of 1tb Mass storage drive. Atleast in the US it'd be around $30-35 if you shop hard

Build from scratch IMHO. This HP is one of those with a proprietary motherboard which means if PSU or motherboard dies out you'll have a hard time getting replacements.  If you're want a pre-built I'd personally go with an Acer or some of the dell optiplex models that you use the standard ATX form factor.

CPU: Sempron 2500+ / P4 2.8E / P4 2.6C / A64 x2 4000+ / E6420 / E8500 / i5-3470 / i7-3770
GPU: TNT2 M64 / Radeon 9000 / MX 440-SE / 7300GT / Radeon 4670 / GTS 250 / Radeon 7950 / 660 Ti
