how 75hz?

it says 75hz etc... but i cant get it to show me 75hz, theres no option for it in nvidia controlpanel.

Try going the old fashioned way, from the windows display settings

If it actually supports 75 Hz you can add it as a custom resolutions and refresh rate in the Nvidia Control Panel.  Actually there are lots of videos walking you through this online including one by Linus where he overclocked everything in a PC.
