Hi my geeks friends. 

 

Im trying to setup a Phone number That can foreward my text and calls to my real phone number. do you guys know any service that does both?

@VegetableStu I don't have a physical second line. I planned to use their services or a text apps.

Contact local operators. Every country and even locality has different offers. You would need to tell which country to even start guessing. Fastest way is to call to operators sales and ask directly if they have this kind of service. Like in our country you can set number unlisted which means unless you give it to someone, its impossible to get without permission by judge.
