Is this under high load or just idle? You could try tightening the liquid cooler to make better contact with your chip, otherwise it could be a bad thermal paste application but I don't see why it'd fail after a month of normality. Is it possible there's an overclock typo and you've accidentally applied too much voltage?

I never tried to overclock and yes it is idle, I'll try to tighten the cooler. Also I used the stock thermal paste of the h60

if it's overheating at idle and it wasn't before, you haven't touched it then most likely the pump for the H60 is dead.

Well that sucks, I'm going to have to buy a new one. And I'm broke R.I.P

There isn't a warranty you can use? My Kraken X62's pump broke a while ago, it took me forever to get through to NZXT support and get a replacement (literally like 3 months, it was terrible, my last product from them) but nevertheless they did send a replacement unit.

Yeah I do but a replacement will take forever to come in. I think I might just buy a better cooler. Since I did have many problems with the cooler in the past.

It's just personal preference for me, but if you're going that route I'd pick up some decent Thermal compound too, I use either Arctic Silver 5 or some variant of MX's thermal paste lineup :) Just remember to use rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol / >95% alcohol) to wipe off the old paste from CPU and the new cooler :)

Some say MX is better, some say Silver is better. Personally I've used both and not really noticed a difference, currently it's MX and I'm sitting at 44C idle (2 Chrome tabs, Steam, Discord, CAM software) on an overclock of about 1.04V

since you have a Ryzen CPU i recommend you buy an air cooler instead, lasts a hell of a long time and it cools Ryzen quite well because it's soldered

The white led of the pump is still glowing, is the pump really dead?

Yeah, my LEDs were still working but as soon as I turned the PC on I saw temperatures skyrocketing to 90C before I turned it off myself because I didn't want my CPU getting damaged. I found out the pump was at 0RPM and there was no noise coming from the unit
