Help with AMD graphics settings not opening

Ok, so for some reason the AMD graphics settings will not open on my PC. I have installed the latest drivers on the website and whenever I right click and click on AMD Radeon settings nothing happens. When I see the Radeon icon in my task bar I go to click on it, it will disappear. I have uninstalled all drivers and reinstalled multiple times and can't seem to figure out what's going on. I have a Sapphire RX 580 + i5 6400. Driver version is 18.12.3

Have you tried running as an administrator?

check Window Event Viewer for any error message on Radeon Setting.

Alright, downloading 18.11.1 now and seeing if that works

Alright, it is working now that i rolled back the drivers. Weird cause I tried searching about the new drivers being bugged for the 580s and couldnt find anything about it.
