Motherboard Driver Question

Hi, I just built my first PC (windows 10 64-bit) and have a question about downloading drivers for my motherboard (B450 Aurus Eliete, AM4 Socket). I looked online for the drivers needed but there are so many and I do not know how much I should be getting. For instance, under audio, there are 4 drivers listed, do install all of them or just one? The same goes for LAN, and SATA. They all have more than driver listed under their category. If someone could help it would be much appreciated, thank you.

They are probably the same but different date versions, you just download the latest date version.

ah ok, its just i heard some people say you do not get something called ryzen balance if you go through the motherboard manufacturer. So if under audio it says Realtek HD Audio Driver, and another one that says just Realtek Audio Driver, should i et both or just one?

Just one, Realtek HD Audio Driver must be the correct one
